Our app just learned to predict your period.
After a few cycles, the intelligence layer learns your actual cycle length, detects phase-specific patterns in your mood and sleep, and predicts when your next period is coming. Then it sends you a notification: "We think your next cycle is coming and we have adapted your daily plan to support you."
No guilt. No judgment. Just your plan quietly shifting to match what your body already knows.
Phase-aware planning
Your menstrual phase should change your workout plan. Now it does.
During menstrual phase, we lower intensity and prioritise rest. Follicular leans into higher energy. Ovulatory gets social and creative focus. Luteal brings grounding forward. This is not a separate tab. It is woven into the core experience.
Your body gets the final word
The algorithm adapts. But your body gets the final word. Tap the phase indicator on your home screen. Log your symptoms. Override the calculated phase with how you actually feel. The system respects that, because your body knows more than any algorithm.
Phase-specific patterns
Your sleep dips during luteal phase. Your completion peaks mid-follicular. We know.
After a few cycles, the system detects phase-specific averages for mood, sleep, and completion. Patterns unique to you, learned from your own data. Not averages from a textbook. Your personal biology, reflected back to you in your daily plan.
How it shows up
On your home screen, a phase indicator pill appears below the date. Tap it to log symptoms. In the week overview, phase labels appear on day chips with an intensity badge on the selected day. Everything is visible, nothing is hidden.
