Context before the first session
With their permission you see the Balance Halo they have been building: sleep, movement, nutrition, mood, consistency. Not a blank intake form.

The Whole practitioner network
Whole is a daily wellbeing system across Body, Mind and Soul, used by individuals and by organisations that fund support for their people. When someone needs a human, we want that human to be you, and to arrive already understanding what has been going on.
With their permission you see the Balance Halo they have been building: sleep, movement, nutrition, mood, consistency. Not a blank intake form.
People reach you because something in their own data suggested they would benefit from your discipline, not because you paid to be listed.
Some organisations on Whole fund an allowance their people can draw on, so some of the work that reaches you is paid from an employer budget at your rates, with no chasing invoices. Not every Whole member has one, and the person always chooses whether to book.
Where we actually are
The network is small, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
We are onboarding founding practitioners now. Referral volume depends on employers we are still signing, so we will not promise you a client base we cannot yet deliver. Being on the network is discovery, distribution and relevant matching. It is not a guaranteed book of employer-funded clients: whether someone books is their decision, and whether their employer funds it depends on an allowance that organisation may or may not have. What we can promise is that a founder reads every application, that we verify before we introduce, and that you will hear a straight answer either way.
An accrediting body we can check, and a registration number. We verify it before you take a referral, not after.
Or an application in progress. This is the first thing a People team asks about, and we would rather have the answer ready.
Practitioners who say what they do not do are more useful to us than practitioners who say yes to everything.
Someone arrives with context and a reason. What happens in the room is yours; we do not sit in it.
01
This form. Ten minutes, and we ask about registration and insurance up front rather than three emails later.
02
We verify what you have told us and arrange a conversation. If something is missing we will ask rather than quietly decline.
03
You set your own capacity and your own rates. We route people to you when the fit is right, and stop when you are full.
Apply
About ten minutes. We ask for your registration and insurance now because we check them before anyone is referred to you, and doing it up front saves us both a week of email.
If you run your own coaching practice and want software to run it on, that is Whole for Coaches, a different product. If you are an employer wanting to fund support for your people, see Whole Coaching.
