Whole has always been personal. Your rhythm, your pillars, your balance. But wellness does not happen in isolation. The methods that change people's lives usually come from someone who has walked the path first.
Today we are launching Whole Circles.
What is a Circle?
A Circle is a structured methodology programme led by a creator, coach, or practitioner inside Whole. Think of it as a living course: a sequence of practices, lessons, and check-ins designed around a specific approach to body, mind, or soul.
Unlike a generic challenge or a passive content library, a Circle has a point of view. It is one person's tested methodology, delivered as a guided experience you follow at your own pace.
Why Circles matter
The wellness space is full of information but short on structure. You can find a thousand articles about breathwork, but knowing which technique to use on which day, in which order, for how long, that is the gap.
Circles close it. A breathwork practitioner can package their 4-week foundation programme. A strength coach can build a progressive overload methodology. A mindfulness teacher can design a daily clarity practice that builds on itself.
For creators
If you have a methodology that works, Circles gives you a home for it. You apply as a creator, describe your approach, and we help you structure it into something people can follow inside Whole.
Your Circle lives alongside the user's existing rhythm. It does not replace their plan; it enhances it. Members see your practices woven into their week, with your guidance and your voice.
The application process is simple: tell us about your background, your methodology, and your social presence. We review every application to ensure quality and safety.
For members
Browse Circles by category, body, mind, or soul. Read about the creator's approach. Join when you are ready.
Once you join, the Circle's practices integrate into your weekly rhythm. You will see dedicated sessions, progress tracking, and community alongside everything else you are already doing in Whole.
Community, not competition
Circles are not leaderboards. There are no streaks, no public rankings, no shame mechanics. The community aspect is about shared experience: knowing that other people are following the same path, at the same time, with the same intention.
What is coming next
This is the beginning. We are onboarding our first cohort of creators now, and the first public Circles will launch in the coming weeks. If you are a practitioner, coach, or creator with a methodology you believe in, we want to hear from you.
Wellness should not be a solo project. With Circles, it does not have to be.
